Join an SSJB Membership
Group
Our membership groups are supporters of the Society’s mission who help us with their annual membership, and who wish to stay informed of SSJB's progress, finances, and activities. The SSJB quarterly newsletter "The Protector" is sent exclusively to our membership groups. The newsletter contains detailed information concerning Society news and business, as well as other articles and information of interest.
To support SSJB as a member and receive the quarterly newsletter, please join one of two membership groups that have been established to help the Society accomplish its mission:
The SSJB Members group is for Catholic individuals, who are required to agree to the Society's Statutes and Bylaws under which the Society operates as a canonical chapel affiliated with the Diocese of Allentown. (These documents are available for your review as downloaded files from the link below.) Future board members must be pulled from the SSJB Members group.
The Friends of SSJB group is less restrictive and is a membership group that allows anyone who is interested in joining the Society and supporting our mission to do so.
What to expect:
We are required by our Bylaws to admit members using a two step process:
1. Submit the simple membership application for review and approval.
2. After approval, pay annual dues. You will receive an approval email or letter with instructions how to pay your annual dues.
Annual dues are $35 for Individuals and $45 for Households with two persons living at the same address.
